Yes. Each can has 80mg of caffeine from guayusa extract, a little less than a typical cup of coffee. If you're sensitive to caffeine, count it toward your daily total and skip it late in the day.

Does Brez Elevate have THC?

No THC or CBD appears in the Elevate ingredient list. It's a mushroom and botanical drink, not a cannabis beverage.
