How to mix it

Tear open one stick, stir it into about 12oz of cold still or sparkling water, and sip. Leilo uses acacia gum as the base so it dissolves without a blender, though a quick shake in a bottle gives the smoothest result. Some reviewers on Leilo’s own site mention it needs extra stirring, so give it a good mix.

Leilo says most people notice a gentle sense of ease within about 15 minutes, along with the light tongue tingle kava is known for. Effects vary by person, and we make no medical claims about this product.
